Odnośnie tworzenia receptur

Witam
 
Mam pewien problem jak i pytanie.
Czy do tworzenia nowych receptur potrzebny jest SK+?
Jeżeli tak to skąd mogę go pobrać?
 
Ponieważ obecnie używam: http://dev.bukkit.org/bukkit-plugins/skript/
Napisałem sobie cuś takiego:
