baza danych MYSQL - luckperms

mam problem z bazą danych w pluginie luckperms

mam baze danych stworzoną na VPS, i na tym serwerze 1 serwer. I działa

ale jak już chciałem podłączyć drugi serwer pod mysql który znajduje się na innym VPS z tą konfiguracją:
