Wydaje mi sie ze jezeli dodasz:

parsed as number

to zadziala, masz sprobuj tak:

on rightclick with paper:
    if name of event-item is "&a&lTania Zdrapka":
        wait 1 tick
        remove 1 of event-item from player's inventory
        chance of 50%:
            set {_liczba} to "%random integer between 100 and 200%" parsed as number
            send "Wygrałeś %{_liczba}%$"
            add {_liczba} to player's balance
            stop    
        chance of 30%:
            set {_liczba} to "%random integer between 150 and 500%" parsed as number
            send "Wygrałeś %{_liczba}%$"
            add {_liczba} to player's balance
            stop    
        chance of 20%:
            set {_liczba} to "%random integer between 500 and 1000%" parsed as number
            send "Wygrałeś %{_liczba}%$"
            add {_liczba} to player's balance
            stop    
        send "&cNic nie wypadło" to player
