GUI kitów

Czy może mi to ktoś przerobić? Nie chodzi o kity i napisy itd... tylko chodzi o to że jak w GUI kliknę na kit ,to dawać może ciągle i graczowi bez permisji. Testowałem na koncie gdzie nie miałem żadnego op itd. Chciałbym aby dostawało to się po czasie jak w essentials i żeby gracze  bez permisji essentials.kits.NAZWA nie mogli wcale brać ,a także aby jak wpiszę ktoś /kit nie pisało jak w essentials tylko pisało takie coś:

'&8» &7Poprawne uzycie: &a/kity &8«'
'&8»&8&m------------------------------&8«'

Aha i opis z czasem kiedy odebrać można kolejny raz. Chodzi mi o takie coś:

Nie znam się na skryptach to nie wiem czy {TIME} określi to o co mi chodzi. Reszty proszę nie zmieniać ,a za pomoc bardzo dziękuję.
