Przetłumaczył by mi ktoś plugin MaxBans?

Chciałbym prosić o przetłumaczenie pluginu MaxBans ma on strasznie długi plik konfiguracyjny (według mnie) a ja nie chce czegoś popsuć.

Jak ktoś chce to mogę załączyć plik konfiguracyjny
