damn 1.14.4 right click hand bug

on rightclick holding a stone:
	if tool's name is "&bTL1000":
		cancel event
		remove 1 stone named "&bTL1000" from player's inventory

I have not tried all of them.
my script version 2.5
my server version 1.14.4
Is there a plugin I need to add?

		if name of player's tool is "&bTL1000":
			cancel event
			remove 1 of player's tool from player
			#remove 1 of player's tool from player's tool
